I was not sure how to take my project further, and how to use the images I had created. I tried using other media to draw with, to give more scope for creating patterns. I began drawing with ink, creating silhouette like outline drawings. Although i liked these images, they did not sit comfortably with the other work I had been doing, and I decided to not continue these.
I scanned in my watercolour images and began experimenting with these on photoshop to creating patterns, but these designs all appeared too literal, and did not work nicely.
I continued with my exploration of natural dyes, trying Cochineal. The colours achieved were varied and exciting, and could be very useful.
